Who we are:

The Primary Care Progress Chapter at Dartmouth creates a network of leaders to advocate for and transform the primary care system. We are inspired by a sense of community and responsibility to improve the primary care of our own campus. We provide the inspiration, leadership, and community students need to discuss and advocate for the primary care system in the United States.

History:

In response to Harvard Medical School’s effort to close the Primary Care department, the students and faculty came together in March of 2010 to reject the proposal and form a primary care advocacy group. Within just a few years, Primary Care Progress expanded to campuses across the country, including Dartmouth! Check out the national website here: https://www.primarycareprogress.org
