Wrangling Data in to Maps & GIS Software

Want to learn how to wrangle data in maps and GIS software? Come to Research Computing’s mapping and GIS workshop on Monday, January 30th, 2017 from 2:00pm – 3:30pm in the 37 Dewey Field Road Instructional Center (first floor) to learn more. We’ll use various tools to bring datasets in mapping and GIS software, and make a map for presentation using the data with existing map base layers. We will also discuss sources of geospatial data and digital map making techniques.

No experience is necessary to attend this Research Computing workshop.
