Gender and Slavery

Every year Slavery Studies has a wide ranging program of events, papers, and speakers, but we also seek to explore a particular theme across a number of speakers and events. This year the group will explore issues of gender in slave regimes. Some highlights for the forthcoming Fall 2019 term include:
