Pre-doctoral Collaborative Fellowship

The Health Equity Pre-doctoral Collaborative Fellowship is a collaboration between TDI and the City University of New York Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy (CUNY) and Georgia State University Andrew Young School of Policy Studies (GSU) to advance health equity research productivity among CUNY and GSU doctoral students by providing them with resources and support in an established research environment. DocPath Collaborative Fellowship

The Pathway to Doctorate Health Equity Fellowship (DocPath) is a one-year training program for TDI MPH graduates planning to apply to a doctoral program. The fellowship aims to create a bridge or pathway to doctoral programs for students from communities that are underrepresented in medicine or who represent other communities whose healthcare needs are underserved in our healthcare system. Class of ’74 Health Equity Scholars

This research training program welcomed its inaugural cohort in Fall 2023, connecting Dartmouth undergraduate students with TDI faculty whose work centers on health equity. This opportunity is aimed at better understanding and addressing health inequity, including the impacts of race and racism. A gift from the Dartmouth Class of 1974 supports a student stipend, an orientation/introductory program for students new to the field, lectures and workshops, and other activities that promote the study of health equity.
