GSC Resource Guide

Hinman Mail: Dartmouth students who are enrolled for classes in Hanover for the current term as well as students approved to live in undergraduate residential facilities or private Greek houses, can have their packages and mail delivered to the Hinman Mail Center.

GOLD-UE: GOLD-UE is a rank-and-file graduate student union run and funded by its members.

Funding

A hard copy funding request submission form can be submitted to the Thayer Council via email and can be downloaded here or submit a funding request form online here

Housing

Slack: Thayer has a Slack workspace for all of its graduate students. Some of the channels are used to post housing availability, ask for roommates, and more. If you are not automatically placed in this workspace, please contact Jess Kinzie jessica.d.kinzie@dartmouth.edu

Dartlist : Dartlist is a website for exchanging second-hand goods between Dartmouth community-members. This site has a lot of postings for available housing and students looking for roommates. Log in using your NetID at: sites.dartmouth.edu/dartlist/

Dartmouth Real Estate Office: the Dartmouth’s Real Estate Office can connect students with on- and off- campus housing. Check out their website (realestate.dartmouth.edu) or email questions directly to: real.estate.office@dartmouth.edu

Transportation

Advanced Transit: Dartmouth Campus, Hanover, Lebanon, Hartford, and Norwich:
– Free
– Blue Route will operate until 9:03 p.m
– Red Route will operate until 8:50 p.m
– Green Route will operate until 8:32 p.m
– Orange Route will operate until 8:35 p.m
– Saturday service starting Sept 16th!
