Indrani Bhattacharya, PhD
Principal Investigator
Dr. Bhattacharya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Data Science and the Center for Precision Health and Artificial Intelligence (CPHAI) at Dartmouth College. She is also affiliated with the Center for Technology and Behavioral Health. She completed her bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, and her M.S. and Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY. Thereafter, she joined the Department of Radiology (Division of Integrative Biomedical Imaging Informatics) at Stanford University, CA, as a postdoctoral scholar and continued on as an academic research staff before joining Dartmouth.

Lakshmi Deepthi Gangiredla
I am currently pursuing a Master's in Quantitative Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Medical Informatics. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in Computational and Systems Biology, and after graduating, I joined a healthcare company where I worked on developing digital health solutions and business strategies. I am now excited to be back in the science field and am passionate about learning how the integration of biological sciences, clinical data, and data science can be leveraged to address medical challenges and improve patient outcomes.
Zhihan (Kevin) Yang
I am a master’s student in the Quantitative Biomedical Sciences (QBS) program at Dartmouth, specializing in Health Data Science. I completed my Bachelor's of Science with Honors, Specializations in Math application of Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto. My research focuses on leveraging advanced data analytics and machine learning to address complex challenges in healthcare. I am particularly interested in applying computational tools to improve patient outcomes and advance precision medicine. Outside my academic pursuits, I am passionate about exploring innovative technologies that bridge the gap between data and real-world healthcare solutions.
Steven Angtuaco
Haoyang (Henry) Cui
I graduated from the University of Toronto with majors in Computer Science and Mathematics, focusing on physics applications and optimization in machine learning. Currently, I am pursuing an M.S. in Health Data Science at Dartmouth College. I aim to integrate biomedical engineering with AI to develop medical devices that advance healthcare, focusing on immunology and pathology.
Beyond academics, I am a fitness enthusiast and a landscape photographer who enjoys road trips to capture the beauty of nature and wildlife.
Robert Lee
I am a freshman at Dartmouth College. I am interested in studying Economics and either Computer Science or Quantitative Social Science. I hope to create a positive impact through my research, which involves medical imaging and its applications. Beyond academics, I enjoy swimming, going to the gym, and listening to music.
