Visiting Faculty, Dartmouth College
Dr Kristoffer Månsson joined the lab as visiting faculty from Sweden. Before joining us, Dr Månsson completed a postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin (Germany). He will return to Karolinska Institutet in April 2022 as an Assistant Professor. Using fMRI, Dr Månsson investigates temporal dynamics of BOLD signals in psychiatric patients (e.g. moment-to-moment signal variability). Dr Månsson is also interested in rapid changes in brain morphology; recently, he demonstrated that T1w estimated grey matter volume was susceptible to task-related activity.
