The room is located in Apt 4 – 25 Lebanon St. The apartment has 2 other bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedroom has 2 windows, a full size bed, table and a chair, a closet , coffee table, a table for a television and a mirror. The kitchen has a microwave and an oven. The rent is $600 including heat. Additionally, the electricity usually between $15 and $20 per person, and the wifi bill is around $20 per person. It’s a minute’s walk from the Alumni gym and 3 minutes from the green, behind the Black Family Visual Arts Centre.
