Hey fellow students! I’m looking for a Dartmouth student to take over my lease at Summit on Juniper, from April 2024 to July 2024. It’s been a fantastic place to live, especially for students.
Room:
- Location: On the 4th floor with an amazing view of the surrounding hills.
- Extra Light: Unlike most units, this room boasts two windows, bringing in more natural light and offering better views.
Space:
- Size: Spans 1,166 to 1,241 square feet.
- Layout: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths – plenty of personal space.
Transport Convenience:
- Bus Service: There’s a half-hourly bus service to campus from 7 AM to 2 AM, making it super convenient for class schedules. Plus, AT bus service is available too.
Roommates:
- Great Company: I have three awesome roommates. It’s really fun living with them – friendly and respectful, great for both study and hangouts.
Rent:
- Rent: $1183.90/month.
