Utilities included in cost: high-speed, reliable wifi, electric, plowing and landscaping.
Heat is ADDITIONAL – a combo of wood and central heat (propane) and is divided by three in winter – usually comes to about $120/mo/person.
Home is shared with 2 roommates (more below).
2nd story Bedroom is furnished with queen-size bed (memory foam mattress), large closet, desk and bureau with 2 windows overlooking private view of large backyard and woods.
Washer/dryer, one full bath; one 1/2 bath. Mini gym in basement. 30 acres of property connects to BMX trails, AT trailhead and VT maintained snowmobile trail.
Home shared with a Dartmouth employee (male co-op employee, early 30s) and a day trader / handyman (male, late 40s). Currently searching for 1 more roommate for the 3-bedroom house. The yard is gorgeous: crystal-clear, spring-fed 15′ deep swimming pond and dock, fruit and berry trees of all kinds including raspberries, blueberries, mulberries, apple, pear, plum and peach trees, and front-yard vineyard.

As mentioned above, you will need a reliable vehicle to get back and forth from town. If there is snow, snow tires or four-wheel drive are recommended. The free Upper Valley shuttle has a stop in the center of Norwich, 10 minutes away from the house. Dartmouth Coach bus and/or Amtrak train arrives directly from New York and Boston into WRJ and Hanover.
