summer sublet in nyc , May 9 – Sep 1

Renting my 1-bedroom apartment, located in Soho. It is available from May 9 – Sep 1.

$2900/month (all utilities included).

This apartment has huge windows in both the living room and bedroom. It is newly renovated with all new appliances. It is on the 8th floor and has an elevator and doorman.

The living room has a huge table for working or dining along with a sofa, birch tree, tv, and Wurlitzer upright piano. In the bedroom, there is a queen size bed. In the kitchen, there is a brand new fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. There are also laundry machines on site, available in the basement.  

It is blocks away from supermarkets, cafes, NYU, Washington sq park, Soho, Greenwich Village, and so many other beautiful places.  

I’m looking for someone who will be respectful of the space. No parties, please. I live in a community of professionals, and looking for someone similarly professional and respectful of others.

I love animals, but they are not allowed in the building. 
This is a non smoking apartment.
