Hi, I am looking to rent out a room in my house to a student or young professional. The house is just 1.5miles south of the Dartmouth Green. I (30M) am the only other resident, though I am renting out an attached studio apartment as well to one individual. The rent would be 750/m for a 1 year lease. That price includes all utilities(heating/electric/water/trash/AC/high-speed internet). The bedroom is unfurnished, and would be the master bedroom in the included layout images. Other amenities include a parking spot, washer/dryer, basement storage space, and a modest home gym. I am open to shorter term leases, pets, and furnishing the bedroom, with slight increases to the rent accordingly.
