Rent is $700 that includes everything from June 10-30th. The house is fully furnished. The house has three full and one half bathrooms, a laundry room, a workout room/office, dining room, large clean kitchen, a nice big backyard with a wooden porch, a huge living room with a fireplace, and a large finished basement. The sublet will go from June 10th till June 30th, 2024, but move in/out dates have flexibility.
