Hi, due to personal reasons, I am looking for someone to sublet 1 bedroom in 4B2B at Summit on Juniper for the (a) Summer term (June 1st – July 31st) and/or (b) next year’s term (starting from Aug 1st, 2024) depending on your demands.
The Rent:
- For the summer term: $1165/month [negotiable].
- For the 24-25 term: $1175/month [current rent on SOJ’s website: $1225].
The House:
- 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths with spacious and furnished living room and kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
- The bedroom is sunlit facing south and fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, storage units, and a large wardrobe (see the picture below).
- For the roommates:
- For the summer term, you might share the apartment with only one MCB PhD who is kind and nice.
- For the 24-25 term, you can choose another unit to move in and live with your preferred roommate or be organized by Summit according to your preferences.
The Transit:
- Every 30-minute shuttle connecting DHMC and campus from 7 AM to 2 AM on weekdays and 9 AM to 2 AM on weekends (see the live shuttle map https://maps.trilliumtransit.com/map/feed/dartmouth-vt-us).

The Amenities:
- High-speed internet.
- 24-hour gym.
