Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, and chair.
Our current tenants are all Dartmouth-affiliated.
We can facilitate virtual meetings with current tenants before lease signing.
We are looking for clean, quiet tenants who get along well with others.
Location: 1 Wyeth Farm Circle, West Lebanon, NH 03784
20 minute walk / 7 minute bike to Dartmouth Green in Hanover, NH.
3 minute walk to Advance Transit bus stop (Orange/Yellow Line).
Bus runs from 6:30am to 7:30pm (almost every 30 minutes).
Off-street parking available at no additional cost.
Rent: $1,000-$1,125/month (depending on room size)
All utilities including Internet included.
Application required. $27 application fee. Deposit and first month’s rent required at time of signing.
