I’m offering to sublease a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit within a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Summit on Juniper. The apartment is currently shared with a female Dartmouth student (who prefers a female roommate).

The sublease is available from June 10th to July 31st. The current monthly rate is approximately $1400, but I’m open to negotiating the final price.
