The Projet Chocolat Aroma Kit is a set of naturally sourced and handcrafted aromas corresponding to the 24 most common notes present in craft chocolate. This is a great olfactory training tool and lasts for atleast 10 years. The ‘used’ kit was used exactly once for an event. Comes with tasting color wheel and tasting sheets.
