Sublease Available Through End of July- $975 a month, 10 mins from the Green!

Hi all, I’m currently looking for someone to take over my sublease on a private room in a 4-bedroom house located at 54 Lebanon St, Hanover.

The house has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry included, and a large basement with storage space. There is one parking space which is available with the room. It’s right next to the Coop, and about a 10 minute walk from the Green. There are four other roommates, all grad students/Dartmouth affiliated.

Rent is $975 a month, which includes water and heat utilities. The only other utilities are wifi and trash, which generally adds to about $25 a month per person. 

I’ve been subleasing the room from the current tenants since last August, and am looking for someone to take over the final month of my sublease (through July 30th, 2024) as I’m out of the area for work for the summer. The current tenants- who were on the main lease- are moving out at the end of the July, but as far as I know there is still availability in the following year’s lease and/or sublease (August 2024-July 2025), so if you’re looking for a long-term place I’d be happy to give you the main landlord’s information.

Unfortunately I can’t find my photo of the actual room itself, but it’s the one through the doorway on the left pictured above. There is quite a bit furniture in the room (queen sized bed, small desk, bookshelf, bedside tables and clothes organizer) that I’d be happy to include for a negotiable price if interested.
