Hi, I am looking for someone (should be a male) to take my lease from July 28th to September 15th.

My lease will start from July 28th, but I will return to Dartmouth in mid September due to summer internship, so I am looking for someone to take my lease during that period.

The rent will be $800/month (originally ~$900/month). 2B1B. The address is 20 Summer St #2, 1 min from Blue bus stop. You will share the room with another male graduate student.

The room is basically unfurnished, but I am planning to buy some furniture (bed, chair, desk, storage) before I move in, so if you are interested in, please contact me so that we can have discussion.
