  • Basement: Yes – Not used needs to be restored
  • Parking: Garage for 2 cars (rotated among roommates) and plenty of space to park outside
  • Public Transit: Advance Transit bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away
  • Drive to Dartmouth Campus: Only 8 minutes
  • Furniture: Room is unfurnished but I can leave some of the furniture behind.

  • 2 medical students

We are a friendly and welcoming group looking for a like-minded individual to join our home. The house offers plenty of space and amenities, making it a great environment for both study and relaxation.

Rent and Utilities:

  • Rent: $1100
  • Utilities: Total utilities come up to around $150 to $180 per person per month as the house uses gas heating. It gets very cozy.
