Hi, I’m a graduate student at Dartmouth. There is 2B2A in Timberwood commons, the complex is located beside Summit, across the road. The leasing starts from September 9th. The monthly rental fee for one bedroom is $1300 with 9-month lease. Almost all tenants are associated with Dartmouth, especially doctors from the nearby Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical center.
