i am currently subleasing a bedroom room from a music student who moved internationally. i am temporary (only here until early nov) and said i would help him find a replacement.
the place is truly gorgeous, sun drenched, two floors, huge kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, lots of a storage, a covered garage, and a music studio (place came with a piano). you’d sign a sublease agreement with the landlord but would zelle payments to the former tenant who is still on the real lease.
it comes with a queen bed that has a really comfortable memory foam mattress and the place is totally furnished. there’s also laundry. it used to be a meditation retreat. it’s in Thetford, VY.
$1405 a month, $500 deposit
move in is flexible (ideally nov), lease ends in late June
the other roommate is a very chill and nice music grad student
