Hello, I’m looking to sublet my room for the fall, winter, and spring semesters. The house is located in Thetford, VT, about 10 minutes away from campus by drive. You will share the entire house with just one other roommate, and you will have your own bathroom. The rent is $943/month, inclusive of all utilities.

The house is fully furnished with vintage decor and a beautiful piano centrepiece. Your room comes with a closet space, drawers, a comfy chair, and bedding upon request. The place is very quiet and tranquil, and is located in the midst of gardens, hiking trails, apple orchards, and even an alpaca farm!

Reach out to me if you’re looking to sublease anytime within 09/25/24 and 06/17/25! I would prefer sub-letters who are looking for a longer sublease. My female roommate would prefer to live another female, so preference will be given to any female sub-letters.
