I’m looking for someone to take over my room lease in a 4-Bedroom 2-Bathroom apartment at Summit on Juniper, joining three current Dartmouth PhD students/post-docs, men, all generally early to bed and early to wake up and fans of quiet living space.
Rent: $ 1250/- per month (including all utilities)
Lease term: January to July 2025
It is a fully furnished apartment with a nice scenic view, has in-unit washer and dryer, a nice clubhouse with gym, study rooms.
It also has a free Dartmouth Campus shuttle and an Advance transit shuttle service.
