Hi!! I am looking to sublet my room in a furnished 3BR/2.5BA condo in White River Junction from now until mid-July 2025, it is a 10-minute bus ride to campus with a bus stop right in front of the house! You will be living with 2 other female roommates, so the room is available only for female applicants! 

The dates are flexible from now until mid-July 2025, you can choose to rent for a shorter time within those dates (although I would prefer if you rent for at least 2-3 months), and it will be $1145/month + utilities (electricity, internet, and propane) depending on your total length of stay. The house has a shared living room, kitchen, washer/dryer in unit etc. but no parking spot unfortunately.
