I am looking to rent a bedroom in my house. I(30/male) am the only other resident of the house, so you would be my roommate as well. The house also has an accessory dwelling unit that has 1 tenant.

*Located 1.5 miles south of Dartmouth Green

*Parking spot, washer/dryer, basement storage, and modest home gym included

*It is upstairs. The only other thing upstairs is a small, empty guest bedroom, so there is some privacy relative to the downstairs area

*Option for furnished or unfurnished bedroom. Furnished includes a full bed, desk/chair, nightstand, lighting, and dressers

*Open to short term leases and pets, though it may increase rent

*Kitchen/Living Room/Main Bathroom on the main floor of the house are shared with me. They already have most of the things you would expect to find in those rooms and I am open to sharing
