We have two rooms available in a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Summit on Juniper in Lebanon starting July 1st. This is an ideal spot for students in the MPH, MS, or QBS programs starting in early August!

It’s 3 miles from campus with convenient, frequent shuttle services to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, the Co-Op, and campus running daily from 6AM to 2AM. Leases are individual, so no need to worry about finding roommates! Rent is $1,275/month (per person) and includes water, electricity, and trash. There’s a huge parking lot perfect for visitors for a $50 one time fee. The apartment is also pet friendly with an additional fee for your individual lease.

Two female roommates will still be living in the apartment, and are both quiet and clean! This is the perfect place and location for graduate students or young professionals!
