Hello! My roommate’s contract with Dartmouth College has recently ended and we are looking for a full-time Dartmouth College employee (preferably female) to take over her half of the lease in our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Grad students may inquire but will have slightly different lease terms than an employee – (will share more upon inquiry!).

The apartment is on Valley Road, across from the Alumni Gym and next to campus. The lease start date is March 7, 2025 but could be as soon as mid-February. The lease end date is July 31, 2025 and is non-negotiable. We are looking for someone to fulfill the entire remaining duration.

Rent is $1,100/month, and includes heat, water, sewer, lawn mowing, snow removal, and trash/recycling services. In addition to rent, WiFi is $38/month and electricity is ~$40/month. There is one optional parking spot that would be an additional $25/month if needed.

The apartment is in a quiet and charming area within walking distance of campus, Main St. Hanover, the Co-op Food Store, and multiple AT stops.
