I’m moving out of my 2b2b apartment at Timberwood Commons and am looking for a female roommate (preferably a young professional or grad student) to take over my portion of the lease (bedroom and detached bathroom), ideally from mid-May to the end of the lease (August 14, 2025) (start date negotiable). My current roommate is planning to stay until the end of the lease. She is clean and respectful of boundaries/privacy. No smoking or pets, please.  

There is an in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, and balcony. Monthly rent is $1211.5 and includes water. You have the option of a parking garage for an additional $125/month. If you don’t have a car, the blue line bus runs right outside the apartment. Security deposit is $250. Utilities (heat and electricity) typically cost ~$100/month per person. Wifi is $30/person. You will have the option to renew the lease as well for ’25-’26.
