I am a male undergrad Thayer BE student currently looking for a friendly and responsible roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on a West Wheelock Street starting in the Winter 24 term.

The apartment is conveniently situated just off campus behind Thayer, and the bedroom being subleased is fully furnished. The apartment also has a furnished living room with a large couch and TV, and comes with a full kitchen and supplies. A designated parking spot is also available.

Rent is $1000/month, and includes all utilities except electricity.

The apartment is pet-free and has a non-smoking policy.
