Hey, are you searching for housing for the 2024-2025 academic year? My housemate is looking for two new housemates to join him on a year-long lease from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025 in our apartment in Wilder, VT (8 min drive from campus, 0 min walk to the Advanced Transit Green line bus stop in front of complex). Our third housemate and I are moving into other spaces, but want to offer this lease renewal opportunity to other students because it’s relatively affordable compared to most other graduate housing options.

The rooms that are up for grabs are $870 and $915/month (excluding utilities) because of the differing amenities that they have. Both have their own private bathrooms, but the more expensive room has a large countertop, mirror, full shower/tub, and drawer space. The less expensive room has a standing shower, smaller mirror, and slightly less storage space. The more expensive room also has a built in AC unit, while the less expensive one requires a window AC unit.
