I’m looking for a one year lease for a room near to campus. I’m willing to join an existing arrangement (house, apartment etc..), or have roommates join me to lease a place on Lyme Rd (~0.9 miles from campus, 22 minute walk, $2700/mo total would be our contribution). I’m a new MEng student @ Thayer. I’m quiet, I’m private, I enjoy music and football and will be a great roommate to you! I have no pets.
