Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease my studio apartment in Hanover (located 1 mile from Dewey lot) for the months of April and May (with the option to sign a new lease if you want to live here longer).

Rent is $1700, all utilities included (heat, electricity, trash, water). Comes with one covered parking spot and a storage unit. Shared laundry in the basement.

I’ve loved living here and am only moving out because I’m graduating this Spring. The building is quiet and safe and all the tenants are very courteous and friendly.
