I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a 4Bedroom 2Bathroom room at Summit in Juniper is available starting December 21st(negotiable) to July 31st. Rent is $1,249 per month including utilities. (price also negotiable). As a bonus, I’m willing to cover the rent for December.
