I am looking for 2 female housemates for my 3 bed, 1.5 bathroom apartment in Hanover, very close to Co-Op and right in front of the bus stop. The lease starts on 1 September 2025 and goes up till 31 August 2026. The rooms are furnished with basic furniture, i.e., a bed, dresser, and a desk. The rent is $1200 per month, and the utilities (electricity & propane) are separate, and they roughly amount to $60 per month.
