I am looking to sublet my wonderful room in a 5 br/2 ba house in Norwich, VT for the two months I am away for a craft program in March & April. Four easy going but tidy & communicative roommates (artists/professionals) share the living space. It is up Bragg Hill past Dan + Whit’s, a car is definitely needed; it takes less than ten minutes to get down the hill (dirt road) and across the river to Hanover.
It is $750 a month including utilities, VERY negotiable. Will be cleaned up and beautiful for you and can include/take out any furniture you need (bed is full sized).
