MEET OUR LEADS

Joe is a Mechanical Engineering student. He first stumbled upon DFR at the club fair his freshman fall, and after learning it was run by undergraduates, he joined, and has enjoyed his involvement since! He likes seeing each member’s unique design process and the results of the group’s collaboration.

Will is a Dual Degree Student from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. At Dartmouth, he is an Electrical Engineering major. He joined DFR to get hands-on engineering experience. Will’s favorite part of DFR is not only working with peers through the emotional rollercoaster of success and failure, but also the excitement in succeeding. Outside of DFR, Will enjoys surfing.

Andrew would like to major in Mechanical Engineering. He considers DFR the perfect combination of his favorite things: working with his hands, working with powerful machinery, and problem solving with awesome people. Andrew enjoys working with a group of people who have a variety of talents to achieve a common goal. In his free time, Andrew spends his time welding, backcountry skiing, and working on the railroad in his town.

Isaac is planning to major in Engineering. He first joined DFR because of the exciting projects that come with designing an electric vehicle. Isaac’s favorite part of DFR is learning from team members with different engineering experiences. Outside of DFR, Isaac enjoys activities with the Dartmouth Outing Club, including the Timber Team!

Ethan is a Math and Economics major. He first joined DFR with interest in the team’s mission, and was able to identify a way to be an instrumental team member without having an engineering background. Outside of DFR, Ethan loves playing ice hockey!
