These board members work together to ensure that all the pieces fit in place. They help cater to our clients’ needs. And, they help our consultants deliver solutions that meet those needs. 

Madeleine S. Grau

President

Madeleine is a sixth-year PhD Student in the Molecular and Cellular Biology program. Her research focuses on understanding the mechanisms behind the heightened susceptibility to secondary fungal infections following primary influenza infection. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at Columbia University. After her previous contributions as a VP for Professional Development, she is excited to serve as President, where she hopes to introduce members to a myriad of consulting opportunities and cultivating strong connections between our members and the dynamic world of consulting.

Varsha Shukla

President

Varsha is a PhD candidate in Computer Science at Dartmouth College, with a focus on Generative AI and large language models. She holds a distinguished academic record from IIT Kanpur and Dartmouth College and brings extensive experience from her work with leading organizations, including the Government of India and Sight Machine. Having previously served as the Vice President of Client Outreach, Varsha is now stepping into the role of President. In this capacity, she is dedicated to broadening consulting opportunities for members, enhancing professional development, and strengthening the group’s connections with the consulting industry. Varsha aims to elevate the group’s impact and provide members with the tools and resources needed to excel in both academic and professional consulting spheres.

Stuti Agrawal

VP of Community Outreach, Operations and Finance

Stuti is a 3rd year Ph.D. candidate in the Cognitive Neuroscience program at Dartmouth in the Psychological and Brain Sciences Department. She conducts research in Dr. Kyle Smith’s lab, focusing on understanding the decision-making process in rodents, specifically examining how food and social rewards influence behavior and various brain pathways.

Jaini Shah

VP of Communications and Marketing

Jaini is a Masters student in the Quantitative Biomedical Sciences Health Data Science program. She recently graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Healthcare Administration. As the newly appointed VP of Communications and Marketing, Jaini will bring her passion for health data science and strategic communication to this role. She has developed a keen appreciation for how effective communication can drive impact, strengthen collaborations, and engage diverse audiences. Jaini aims to enhance DGCG’s visibility by launching new initiatives that highlight the team’s achievements and attract fresh talent from across disciplines.

Meherzad Motafram

VP of Client Network and Outreach

Meherzad is a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) student at Dartmouth and serves as the Vice President of Client Network and Outreach for the Dartmouth Graduate Consulting Group. He brings a strong foundation in strategic product management, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship development. With a background in computer engineering, entrepreneurship, and financial technology, he has supported market share growth, operational efficiency, and product-market fit for impactful products. His experience in stakeholder engagement and building international client networks aligns with the group’s mission to foster meaningful connections with industry partners and expand its consulting reach.

Sarthak Bhadkamkar

VP of Client Network and Outreach

Sarthak is a Master’s in Engineering Management (MEM) student at Dartmouth College. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics Engineering with a Minor Specialization in Financial Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology. In his role as VP for Client Network & Outreach, Sarthak is focused on cultivating strong relationships with both clients, harnessing these connections to create valuable consulting opportunities for members of the Group. He also aims to leverage the experience of alumni to help upskill current members, providing them with the guidance they need to thrive in the consulting field.

Pratap Sundar

VP of Professional Development

Pratap is a MEM graduate student at Dartmouth. As the VP of Professional Development he aims to foster community through shared goals and creating inclusive spaces to share ideas and experiences. He brings his active listening to help you succeed in your consulting envdeavors. His interests include Disney movies and animation,  piano, roller skating, reading, and summertime swims.  

Tanvi Thigle

VP of Professional Development

Tanvi is a Master of Engineering Management student at Dartmouth. She earned dual degrees in Computer Science and Cognitive Science during her undergraduate studies. Her experience includes a Fintech Product Management internship at Whole Foods Market where she developed strategic roadmaps and automated financial processes to boost collaboration between business and tech teams. As VP of Professional Development, Tanvi is excited to help members explore consulting opportunities, build industry connections, and grow their skills.
