VP(s) of Professional Development

  • Organize Workshops and Events: Plan and coordinate professional development workshops, case study sessions, and speaker events to enhance members’ consulting skills.
  • Career Support: Provide resources and guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and networking within the consulting industry.
  • Casing Resources: Aggregate case studies and provide practice casing materials to help members sharpen their problem-solving and analytical skills.

VP(s) of Client Network and Outreach

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with local businesses and organizations for consulting projects, helping them address their key challenges.
  • Networking: Foster and maintain connections with clients, consulting firms, alumni, and industry professionals to build a strong network for the group and its members.
  • Partnership Development: Develop strategic partnerships with external organizations and other consulting clubs to create more opportunities for DGCG members.

VP(s) of Communications and Marketing

  • Brand Management: Oversee the DGCG brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the website.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content to promote events, initiatives, and successes of the DGCG, increasing visibility and member engagement.
  • Newsletter Management: Create and distribute the DGCG newsletter, keeping members informed about upcoming events, news, and opportunities.
  • Graduate Student Council Liaison: Ensure that all DGCG events and activities adhere to the guidelines and policies set forth by the Graduate Student Council, maintaining strong communication and collaboration with the council.

VP of Operations and Finance

  • Financial Planning: Develop and manage the DGCG budget, ensuring responsible allocation of funds for events, projects, and operational needs.
  • Fundraising: Secure appropriate Block and Standard funding from the GSC
  • Event Logistics: Oversee the logistical aspects of DGCG events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Administrative Oversight: Handle administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, documentation, and ensuring expenditure compliance with GSC guidelines.
