MACHINE LEARNING ANALYSIS OF PSEUDOMONAS
An exciting new paper on an improved method (eADAGE) for the unsupervised extraction of stable expression signatures by P. aeruginosa and its use to understand the effects of different media on Pseudomonas physiology performed as a collaboration between Jie Tan (Greene Lab) and Georgia Doing with important contributions from Kim Lewis!
