At the Skiway, there is so much cord, it’s like The Gap! We’re in need of skilled full-time Groomers with attention to detail and careful operation of large equipment. Leaving an excellent product is the expectation as it’s your job is to ensure the highest quality snow surface possible for our mountain community. Up to the challenge?

Enjoy physical work in the great outdoors? This part-time position is for you. Snowmakers monitor, operate, maintain, and regulate the snowmaking system and on-hill production. You’ll work 12-hour shifts, often weather dependent (typically November through January). Our Snowmakers are an integral part of the Skiway team and greatly contribute to the overall stoke level of our guests. Play alongside a fun-loving crew of passionate people keeping the fun of skiing alive.

Gotta get up to get down! Our Lift Ops team members ensure guests get safely up the hill, but more importantly, their job is to keep our Skiway community smiling and remembering why they took the day off work to enjoy the slopes. This position will also assist in numerous other duties including guest support and snow removal. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Join the fast-paced and upbeat Guest Experience Team and never be bored again! You’ll be selling tickets, amping Snow Sports School, slinging retail, teaching, and tuning all in one day. Have a preference? You can choose from one of these exhilarating experiences too. The goal is to have fun, create a memorable experience for our guests, and create a welcoming, all-encompassing environment that will further your skills down the road.

The Skiway’s Ski Patrol is dedicated to serving our community and guests. Our Ski Patrol is a specially trained team with National Ski Patrol credentials encompassing paid pros, community patrollers, and student volunteers.
