Cancellation & Refund Policy

For any cancellation or refund requests, please email us as that is the best and most direct form of communication. Your email is timestamped, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applies to Private Lessons, Daily Lift Tickets, and Daily Rentals.

  • Any cancellation outside of 48 hours, full refund.
  • Cancellation made inside 48 hours, no refund.
  • If the cancellation is related to illness, injury or emergency inside 48 hours, please contact us and the cancellation fee will be waived. Please contact us with your order number for assistance.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy applies to Season Passes, Weekly Programs, or Season Rentals.

  • Season Passes, Weekly Programs and Season Leases are non-refundable.
  • If the refund needed is related to illness, injury or emergency a prorated refund will be calculated and processed.
  • Refunds cannot be given after 120 days from the date of purchase.

Weekly Program Make-Up Policy

  • Lessons can be cancelled if temperatures reach 0 degrees or below.
  • One make-up week date will be scheduled at the end of the 8-week program.

Mountain Credit is automatically loaded to your profile and expires at the end of the current ski season. 48 hours applies to the operation of the Skiway. The mountain operates 9am-4pm daily and any tickets, lessons or rentals cancelled at 9am or after the same day will not be approved for a refund.
