Megan is an incoming Summer Associate at BCG, with prior experience as a Research Intern at Clew Partners and an Associate at Edge Case Capital Partners. She is the President of WIB, having previously served as Vice President of Partnerships and Campus Relations Chair. Outside of WIB she tutors children in math and is involved in Smart Woman Securities and the Alpha Phi sorority. In her free time, she enjoys running, playing tennis, and baking.
Elena Raccuia

Elena is an incoming Intern Analyst at Fidelity Consulting, with prior experience as a Winter Analyst at Cornerstone Research and a Marketing Research Intern at Dropit Shopping, an ecommerce startup. She is currently the Vice President of Programming for WIB and has previously served as the Tuck Relations Chair. Outside of WIB, she competes with the club powerlifting team, does research for the Rockefeller Center Policy Research Shop and Tuck, and is involved with other preprofessional organizations such as the TAMID Group and Paragon One. In her free time, she enjoys long walks, art, and yoga.
Vicky is an incoming Summer Associate at EY-Parthenon, with prior experience in PE, IB, and start-ups. Outside of WIB she is a TA in the economics department and DERS. In her free time, she enjoys doing art (painting, pottery, photograph) and trying new restaurants/cafes.

Clay has been on the executive board of WIB since her freshman year and has served as Freshman Outreach Chair and Dartmouth’s Ambassador for the Intercollegiate Business Conference before becoming corporate relations chair for this coming year. On campus, she is also involved with Dartmouth Investment and Philanthropy Program, Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, and the club running team. As far as work experience, Clay was a Private Wealth Management Summer Intern at Morgan Stanley an Investment Banking Winter Analyst at Coady Diemar Partners. This summer she will be an investment banking analyst at Guggenheim Partners in NYC. In her free time, Clay enjoys running, swimming, hiking, and hot yoga.

Devon is a ‘27 from Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, and she is interested in consulting and marketing! Last year, she interned at a recording and performing arts studio startup where she worked closely with artists and was in charge of marketing. On campus, she is the Women in Business Mentorship Chair, a tour guide, and a member of the Women’s Club Lacrosse team. She also participated in TuckLAB this past winter and is involved in Smart Women Securities. In her free time, she enjoys writing songs, going on hikes, and baking!
Emily is interested in consulting and joined WIB her freshman fall. At Dartmouth, she works at Rauner Special Collections Library as a student research intern, previously served as social chair for the Korean Student Association, and is a member of Dartmouth Women in Law and Politics. In her free time, she enjoys eating new foods, doing her nails, and volunteering in her local community.
Josephine is a sophomore double majoring in Economics and Environmental Studies. She is currently working as an Investment Banking Spring Analyst at Coady Diemar Partners. Her main involvements on campus include serving as the Treasurer for Dartmouth Women in Business, the Class of 2026 Representative on the Council of Student Organizations Board, and an undergraduate research intern for The Arthur L. Irving Institute of Energy. Josephine has participated in selective programs such as Bain CREW, BCG Advance, Oliver Wyman Women Leadership Series, and Cambridge Associates Managing Private Portfolios Program.

This past summer she worked as an operations and marketing intern for a sports apparel company, SYNC Performance. Prior to that, she was a social media coordinator for Jaffe Associates, a virtual marketing agency. She joined WIB this fall and was part of the associate program this winter. At Dartmouth, she is a member of the Women’s Varsity Alpine Ski Team. She loves being outdoors whether it’s biking, hiking, or skiing, and she enjoys cooking and baking.

I am a ’25 from Bronxville, New York interested in consulting. I am a Campus Relations Co-Chair for WIB, an Engagement Manager for the Dartmouth Consulting Group, and an analyst in the Dartmouth Investment and Philanthropy Program. In the past, I have worked at a hedge fund called Humming Pond Capital and done Business Development work for a Direct Air Capture startup called Heimdal. I have also taken management and marketing classes at the London School of Economics. This coming summer, I will work as an Analyst at Altman Solon.

Sophia is a sophomore from Charlotte, NC studying economics and French. On campus, she serves as Tuck Relations Chair for Women in Business, has done research with Tuck, and participated in TuckLAB Entrepreneurship this past winter. In her free time, she enjoys running, playing tennis, and cooking. Next summer, Sophia will intern with JP Morgan’s corporate and investment bank in their global corporate banking division.

In high school, I worked as an events educator at a science museum in West Palm Beach, Florida, leading activities to teach children about science. Last summer, I worked for a Greece-based NGO to teach refugee children English. On campus, besides WIB, I am on the club squash team, Dartmouth Women in Law and Politics, and volunteer for refugee charities. In my free time, I enjoy painting, traveling, reading, and going to the beach.

Along with WIB, Kiara is an Engagement Member for Consult Your Community, on the Executive Board for The Dartmouth Civics Student Association, and a member of The Dartmouth Strategy Staff.
