Looking for Roommate

I am a female Resident at DH looking for a roommate! I have a 3 bed 1 bath house in Downtown Lebanon. It would be a total of two people living in the house, with the third bedroom used as an office/flex space. There is a large basement, two car garage (GREAT in the winter), and washer/dryer/dishwasher. It is right on the rail trail and a short way from the Boston Lot trails, so easy to just step put the door and go for a jog and bike. There is a Pelton/workout space set up in the basement. It is walking distance to downtown Lebanon and close to lots of restaurants. The road leads to APD, so it is always plowed and never seems to lose electricity. While centrally located, it is quiet if you need to sleep during the day. An 8 minute drive from the hospital, 15 minutes from campus, 5 minutes from shopping in West Leb, and easy to hop on 89.
