Hey there! I am currently a first-year graduate student in the MCB program and am looking for a clean and responsible female-identifying person to rent an extra room in my condo (2 bed, 1 bath). The condo (1,090 sqft) is only 1 mile outside of the heart of white river junction and right on the bus route! The bedroom is unfurnished, but the condo itself is furnished including all kitchen utensils and pans.

The room is available for rent starting 6/1 for $1,100 a month not including utilities (wifi and electricity). Snow removal and water are both included. The lease would last for 1 year with the possibility of renewal.
