Hi, I’m subleasing my room forJuly 16-31, and the dates are negotiable.

You can either sublease this 2 weeks or directly take over my lease(It means you can still live there after July 31). The current rent is around $1386 per moth, I can offer you a discount around 500 for 2 weeks if you’re interested in renting.

I’m very clean and have taken excellent care of my room, so both the living room and bedroom are practically like brand new with no odors or stains.  Juniper has commuter buses that go to school and town, and that fee includes everything, including water, electricity, internet, and more.

The room is one of the two bedrooms in a 2b2b. It has great orientation and receives plenty of natural light, and it comes with its own bathroom. Appliances and furniture are provided, so you can move in with just your suitcase. The rent already includes internet fees and electricity.
