Looking for a roommate to join Timberwood 2b2b lease

Hi!

I’m a recent female college graduate working in Lebanon, NH at a biotech company. My roommate in our 2b2b apartment at Timberwood Commons is moving out in the summer.

I’m looking for a female roommate (preferably a young professional or grad student) to take her master bedroom and re-sign the lease with me from August 13, 2024 to August 13, 2025 (early move-in is possible, will need to check with landlord and roommate). I’m clean, respectful of boundaries/privacy, and quiet. I’m looking for someone with similar qualities. No smoking or pets please.

There is an in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, balcony, and the dining room and living room are furnished already (although you are welcome to bring more furniture). The bedroom can also come furnished with a desk and dresser.

Monthly rent will be $1225/person and includes water, snow removal, and parking. Utilities (heat and electricity) typically cost ~$100/month per person. Rent and utilities are split evenly. Wifi is $20/person and trash removal is $7.5/month per person.
