Would you please: free me from this cursed existence by giving me a small snail shell and the still-beating heart of a salamander? Quoted: My Father
News:
*I am trapped in a glass jar and everyday I must write vox daily and send it out at one am or else I evaporate.
*It becomes more and more difficult to fit all the information into one email.

*The wart-fingered crone cursed me when I walked into Occom commons and said aloud, “wait, there’s no pond here.”

*I require a small snail shell and the still-beating heart of a salamander to break this curse.

Subject: Me, trapped in a glass jar.
I see the sun rise most mornings through the
Soft fog of my own breath. Sometimes I draw
In the fog with my finger, but it does
No good. Vox Daily awaits all the same.

To: Everyone
Subject: Me, writing these emails.
Writing Vox Daily is screaming into
A void. Who even looks at Vox Daily.
No one. No one. As far as I can tell,
No one. Please, read these odd emails for once.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
From “Me” <http://vox.dartmouth.edu/>
To: Everyone
Subject: Me, cursed as a young boy
When I was small, I would play outside frequently. How I miss those days! To swim in rivers and climb trees and run along the sidewalks! I dream about it sometimes.
From “Me” <http://vox.dartmouth.edu/>
To: Everyone
Subject: Me, cursed by a witch.
I did not know — innocent as I was!— that a great many years before my birth, my father had made a bet with the witch. In fact, they had been bitter enemies, frothing at the mouth with contempt for one another. My father prided himself on his sense of direction, and said, “no child of mine could ever mistake one place for another!”. The old sorcerer then asked him to bet that if any child of his confused Occom commons with Occom pond, she would have full possession of the child. Overconfident, my father obliged. And alas, one morning, I was running through the fields when the witch, in the form of a neighborhood boy, invited me to play in a pond then ran to the commons. You must imagine my confusion! Alas, I fell victim to her cunning trap and have been caught ever since.
From “Me” <http://vox.dartmouth.edu/>
