Robotic Parking

At the start of the 20th century, America had only 8,000 cars driving on 144 miles of paved road.  At that time, most Americans who were fortunate enough to be working did so in the community in which they resided. There was no need to commute, and most families remained close to home.

Today with an estimated 206 million vehicles in the U.S., that’s 10 people per car, it’s no secret that Americans have a passion for automobiles and a strong need for automotive transportation. Experts predict that in the next 20 years the number of vehicles in the world will double, and traffic congestion will become 10 times worse than it is today.  Finding a parking spot can be challenging and may be worse in 2030 if trends continue.  Fortunately, transit and other commuting options are becoming more prevalent.  There are also companies like Parking Solutions, LLC that addressed such concerns as parking, vehicle emissions and the decreasing availability of land.   Check out their web site for robotic parking
