Rachael joined the Coproduction Laboratory in 2021 as a Research Assistant. She is a research team member on the CONFIDENT Study, a randomized controlled trial focused on ways to support long-term care workers during COVID-19. Her primary responsibilities center around trial infrastructure and data organization, including administration of the Salesforce platform used to manage trial participant recruitment, communications, and retention. Rachael received her BA from Skidmore College. Before joining the lab, she spent three years working with members of the New Hampshire state legislature. Outside of the lab, Rachael volunteers as the Events Chair of the Upper Valley Young Professionals and enjoys artistic endeavors, such as quilting and glassworking.
